Rohan Nagpaul

Rohan Nagpaul is a serial founder and capital allocator who has built, funded, and scaled ventures since his teens. He raised his first venture capital at nineteen and sharpened his operating instincts inside a Y Combinator-backed startup. Off the balance sheet, he is known for convening some of the most sought-after private gatherings on the East Coast: rooms where founders, operators, and investors turn introductions into lasting partnerships. He holds a BSBA from Babson College, the nation’s leading program for entrepreneurship. At Rauxmont, Rohan leads capital formation, investor relationships, and the firm’s founder network.

Kieran Bansal

Kieran Bansal is a founder and biochemist working at the edge of what is physically possible. He engineered a breakthrough system that lets a person draw oxygen from water and breathe underwater the way a fish does. That work earned backing from Soma Capital and other leading firms while he was still a freshman at MIT. Now nineteen and an active MIT student, he is one of the youngest and most rigorous general partners in the country. Kieran channels a lifelong obsession with building into backing the next generation of deep-technology founders. At Rauxmont, he leads diligence and technical underwriting.
